Lady Gaga - Rain On Me featuring Ariana Grande

Before you come for me in my DMs, I am a semi-Little Monster and an Arianator. I just won’t settle for mediocrity.

Lady Gaga left her little monsters shook, when she announced she would be dropping her highly anticipated album, “Chromatica” aka Chlamydia, May 29th, in amongst a global pandemic. The first single she dropped “Stupid Love”, is a banger despite it being leaked early. She released the second song, yesterday with its accompanying video with the help of Ariana Grande Latte, “Rain On Me”. And it has Gay Pride 2020, written all over it!

However, it’s nothing groundbreaking or amazing. The song is fine. It’s cute. Little Monsters everywhere are fainting - bitch, if she released “Bah Bah Blacksheep” you would still go nuts! I just have a high standards when it comes to music, especially from a musician like Stephani Germanotta. There is a lot going on in this music video; directed by Robert Rodriguez. Which seems like a continuation from the iPhone 11 shot video “Stupid Love”, Gaga & Grande have a dancing party in pink and purple ensembles, respectively upon the Chromatica World. A performance piece, choreography, rain and futuristic CGI effects: Meh! It’ll pass. Watch the video above and let me know what you think in the comments below.

And Little Monsters: All I ask of you: Please don’t waste water in the shower while listening to this song.

Chromatica by Lady Gaga, release May 29th.
